What is the return policy?
- Damaged inner packaging:
The inner, double-layered packaging is torn or punctured upon arrival.
(Note: minor dents, scratches, or box discoloration are not eligible.) - Incorrect item received:
The product delivered does not match the order confirmation. - Overcharge or billing error:
Customer was incorrectly charged more than the confirmed order total. - Shipment loss or courier error:
The order did not arrive within 7 days after the expected delivery date due to courier mishandling or confirmed loss. - Expired or spoiled product upon arrival:
The rice or food product shows clear spoilage or expiration at the time of delivery (requires unboxing proof). - Unboxing proof required:
All refund or replacement requests must include a clear video of the unboxing process and photos of the damaged or incorrect product upon first opening.
what kind of orders are Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement?
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
- Minor cosmetic damage to the outer box or bag (e.g., small dents, creases, or slight fading).
- Change of mind or dislike of product characteristics (e.g., taste, texture, aroma).
- Issues caused by incorrect storage after delivery (e.g., moisture exposure, insect contamination).
- Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping address or recipient unavailability.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
